0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
1.5 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
Prepare the mixed berries by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel.
Select a clean glass or mason jar and spoon half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
