INGREDIENTS
125g Low-fat Greek Yogurt
100g Mixed Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
12g Sliced Almonds
0.5 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
In a small glass or bowl, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to create an even base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries over the yogurt and sprinkle with a portion of the chia seeds.
Layer the remaining Greek yogurt on top of the berries.
Add the rest of the mixed berries and scatter the sliced almonds over the top.
Finish with the remaining chia seeds and a light drizzle of honey before serving.
