PREPARATION
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and rub with half of the olive oil, lemon zest, dried oregano, sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
Toss the fresh asparagus with the remaining olive oil and a small pinch of the sea salt.
