2 cups Cauliflower Florets
1.5 cups Broccoli Florets
1 tsp Ghee
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
Steam the cauliflower florets until very tender, then mash or blend with minced garlic and half of the ghee until smooth.
Steam the broccoli florets for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
