PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla whey protein isolate.
Stir vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth and fluffy.
In a tall glass or mason jar, place half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
Finish with the remaining berries, then sprinkle with hemp hearts and sliced almonds for a satisfying crunch.
