2 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Green beans
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Ghee
PREPARATION
Steam the cauliflower florets until they are very tender, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
While the cauliflower steams, trim the ends of the green beans and steam them in a separate basket until bright green and crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Place the tender cauliflower in a food processor with the minced garlic and half of the ghee, blending until smooth and creamy.

Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then place it in the skillet skin-side down.
