PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth.
In a clear glass or mason jar, spoon half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom.
Top the yogurt layer with half of the mixed berries and all of the hemp hearts.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture as the next layer.
