PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the mixture vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt is light and fluffy.
Clean the mixed berries and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
