1 bunch Asparagus
1.5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Lemon zest
1 tbsp Lemon juice

0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place the spears on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the asparagus with 0.5 tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle with half of the sea salt and black pepper.
Roast the asparagus for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly charred at the tips.
While the asparagus roasts, pat the shrimp dry and toss them in a bowl with the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, oregano, red pepper flakes, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp to the hot skillet in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove the skillet from heat, stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley, and serve immediately with the roasted asparagus.
