Tender Creamy Garlic Steak Skillet
Pan-seared sirloin strips simmered in a velvety garlic and coconut milk sauce with earthy mushrooms and fresh spinach.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Beef sirloin
1 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
2 cloves Garlic
0.25 cup Full-fat coconut milk
1 cup Baby spinach
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Pat the steak dry and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic until the mushrooms are golden and fragrant.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Stir in the spinach until wilted, then return the steak to the pan to warm through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
