1 cup Green Beans
2 tsp Avocado Oil

PREPARATION

While potatoes boil, set up a steamer basket over another pot of simmering water and steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.
Season the turkey breast with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat the avocado oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey breast for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
