In the same skillet, sauté the diced red bell pepper and spinach until the peppers are tender and the greens have wilted.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, egg whites, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and stir in the sautéed vegetables.
Chop the glazed bacon into small pieces and sprinkle them evenly over the top of the egg mixture.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set in the center and the top is lightly golden brown.
