PREPARATION
In a small bowl, season the ground beef with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then form into a uniform patty.
Cut the mozzarella into a thick stick shape if not already in stick form.
Whisk the egg in one shallow dish and place the almond flour in another.
Dip the mozzarella stick into the egg wash, then roll in almond flour until fully coated, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until it reaches your desired crispness; remove and set aside.
