Rub the herb oil mixture evenly over all sides of the turkey breast.
Place the turkey on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
While the turkey is roasting, toss the green beans with the remaining olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Add the green beans to the baking sheet around the turkey and continue roasting for another 12-15 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.
Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the roasted green beans and serve alongside the sliced turkey.
