INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.5 cup Fresh Blueberries
0.5 cup Fresh Strawberries
2 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder in a small bowl until completely smooth.
Prepare the fruit by rinsing the blueberries and hulling and slicing the strawberries.
Layer half of the yogurt mixture into a tall glass or mason jar.
Add a layer of the mixed berries.
Top with the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries.
