In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the honey, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes until it thickens into a glossy glaze.
Once the wings are finished, transfer them to a clean bowl, pour the warm honey-garlic sauce over them, and toss to coat.
Garnish with sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions before serving.
