1.5 cups Cauliflower Rice

0.5 tsp Dried Oregano
PREPARATION
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg white, dried oregano, and fresh parsley until well incorporated.
Form the turkey mixture into two or three even-sized patties.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the turkey patties to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and they are nicely browned.
