0.5 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
PREPARATION
Whisk the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a small bowl until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Stir in the chia seeds and allow the mixture to sit for two minutes to thicken.
