PREPARATION

Add the vanilla protein powder and vanilla extract to the yogurt.
Using a hand mixer or a balloon whisk, beat the mixture vigorously for 2-3 minutes until it becomes light and airy.

Gently fold in half of the mixed berries using a spatula to keep the volume in the mousse.
