INGREDIENTS
200g 2% Greek Yogurt
110g Mixed Berries
12g Chia Seeds
55g Protein Granola
PREPARATION
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries and sprinkle with half of the chia seeds.
Layer the remaining Greek yogurt on top of the fruit.
Finish by adding the rest of the berries and the protein granola.
Sprinkle the remaining chia seeds over the top for a satisfying, toasted crunch.
