0.25 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Melt the ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Return the shrimp and the cooked soba noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat in the garlic sauce.
