INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk until completely smooth and incorporated.
Wash and pat dry the mixed berries if using fresh, or slightly thaw if using frozen.
In a glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein yogurt mixture at the bottom.
