PREPARATION
In a small bowl, toss the cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar and sea salt until well combined.
Slice the ahi tuna into long, thin strips and season lightly with black pepper.
Place one nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat and spread half the rice evenly over the bottom two-thirds of the sheet.
Layer half of the tuna, julienned cucumber, and avocado slices across the center of the rice.
