14g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder in a bowl until the texture is completely smooth
Place half of the yogurt mixture into a tall glass or mason jar
Top the yogurt layer with half of the fresh mixed berries
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries
Finish by sprinkling the hemp hearts and slivered almonds on top for a delightful toasted crunch
