1 large egg white
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

0.5 tsp dried oregano
0.25 tsp sea salt

0.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove fresh garlic
1 tsp fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg white, 1 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the chicken mixture to the parchment paper and use your hands or a spatula to press it into a rectangle about 1/2-inch thick.
Bake for 15 minutes until the chicken base is firm and the edges are starting to turn golden brown.
While the base bakes, mince the fresh garlic and finely chop the parsley, then whisk them into the olive oil in a small bowl.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Brush the garlic oil mixture evenly over the top and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
