150g Sweet potato, cubed
2 cups Broccoli florets
1 tsp Avocado oil

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss sweet potato cubes and broccoli florets with half the avocado oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
