PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey with onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper, then form into two even patties.
Heat half of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the turkey patties for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked through and golden brown.
Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside to rest.
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and the sliced zucchini, sautéing for 4-5 minutes until tender and caramelized on the edges.
Push the zucchini to one side of the pan and add the minced garlic and cauliflower rice, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the cauliflower is tender but not mushy.
