10g Sliced Almonds
75g Fresh Blueberries
75g Fresh Strawberries
1 tablespoon Honey
10g Rolled Oats
PREPARATION
Rinse the blueberries and strawberries under cold water, then pat them dry.
Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
In a small glass or bowl, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to create the base layer.
Add the blueberries and half of the rolled oats over the yogurt.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt as the next layer.
