PREPARATION
Steam cauliflower florets and the garlic clove until very tender, about 10-12 minutes.
While cauliflower steams, season the salmon fillet with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with one teaspoon of olive oil and sear salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
