PREPARATION

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.
While potatoes roast, steam the green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water for 5-7 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Pat the grouper fillet dry and brush with the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the grouper for 4-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily.
