PREPARATION
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground turkey to the pan, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in the cooked lentils, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin until well combined.
Add the baby spinach and water to the skillet, then cover for 60 seconds to allow the greens to wilt.
Transfer the turkey and lentil mixture to the center of the tortilla and fold the sides in to create a tight wrap.
