PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the nonfat Greek yogurt and the whey protein isolate until the mixture is smooth and no clumps remain.
Place half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom of a serving glass or jar.
Add a layer of half of the fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
