PREPARATION
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to create a marinade.
Place the tuna steak in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over it, turning to coat. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Place the tuna steak and the asparagus spears on the grill.
