1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and no clumps remain.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-infused yogurt mixture.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
