INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.5 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until completely smooth and well incorporated.
Place half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass or small mason jar.
Top the first yogurt layer with half of the mixed berries.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries, followed by the rest of the berries.
Gently drizzle the almond butter over the top of the parfait.
Finish by sprinkling the chia seeds over the almond butter and serve immediately while chilled.
