0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
0.5 tablespoon Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
Whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder in a small bowl until completely smooth.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-enriched yogurt.
Add a layer of half the fresh mixed berries.
Layer the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
Finish with the rest of the berries, hemp hearts, and crunchy almonds.
