PREPARATION
Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl and add the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk the yogurt and protein powder vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry, slicing any larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to create the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
