1 head cauliflower
3 cloves garlic
0.25 tbsp ghee
0.25 cup Greek yogurt
0.5 tsp sea salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Wrap the garlic cloves in foil with a tiny drop of oil and roast for 20 minutes until soft.
Chop the cauliflower into florets and steam for 10-12 minutes until very tender.
Season the chicken breast with half of the salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
