PREPARATION
Place the chicken breast between two sheets of parchment paper and pound to an even half-inch thickness.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg. In a second bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip the chicken into the egg wash, then press into the parmesan mixture until fully coated on both sides.
