1 cup asparagus
0.5 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Brush half of the herb mixture over the salmon fillet and the other half over the asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the asparagus and tomatoes to the grill alongside the fish during the last few minutes of cooking.
