INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 cup Mixed Berries
2 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
1 teaspoon Honey
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry, slicing any larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-infused yogurt to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt followed by the rest of the berries.
