PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until completely smooth and creamy.
Lightly toast the slivered almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and golden.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the yogurt protein mixture as the base layer.
