PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet and trimmed asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with a portion of the salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, dried oregano, garlic powder, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Spread the herb-mustard mixture generously over the top of the salmon fillet.
Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
