Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a small baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a compact loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
Wrap the bacon slices over the top and sides of the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the BBQ sauce over the top of the bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the top.
Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the bacon is crispy.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing to ensure it stays juicy.
