1 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

PREPARATION
Place half of the non-fat Greek yogurt into a glass or small bowl as the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries and half of the chia seeds on top of the yogurt.
Spoon the remaining Greek yogurt over the berry layer.
Top with the rest of the mixed berries, the remaining chia seeds, and the hemp hearts.
