7 oz Salmon fillet
1.5 cups Asparagus spears
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 whole Lemon
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the asparagus spears on one side of the baking sheet and drizzle with 0.5 tbsp of the olive oil.
Season the asparagus with 0.125 tsp of sea salt and 0.125 tsp of black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
Pat the salmon fillet completely dry with a paper towel and rub the remaining 0.5 tbsp of olive oil over the flesh.
In a small bowl, combine the dried oregano, garlic powder, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Press the herb mixture firmly onto the top of the salmon fillet and place it on the other side of the baking sheet.
Roast for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
