1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
0.5 cup Liquid egg whites
1 medium Banana
0.5 tsp Baking powder
0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Coconut oil
0.13 tsp Sea salt
PREPARATION
Place the rolled oats in a high-speed blender and pulse until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.
Add the vanilla protein powder, liquid egg whites, half of the banana, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the blender and process until smooth.
Slice the remaining half of the banana into thin rounds.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add the coconut oil to coat the surface.
Pour the batter into the skillet to form three or four small pancakes.
Press the reserved banana slices into the wet side of each pancake while the first side cooks.
Once bubbles form on the surface after about 2 to 3 minutes, carefully flip the pancakes so the banana slices are face-down.
