PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Stir the mixture vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the yogurt becomes light and fluffy.
Layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom of a glass or small mason jar.
Add half of the fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of chia seeds over the yogurt layer.
Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
