1 cup Mixed Berries
1.5 tablespoons Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder.
Whisk vigorously until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
