PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla whey protein powder to the yogurt and stir vigorously until the texture is smooth and well-combined.
Wash and pat dry the mixed berries if using fresh, or thaw slightly if using frozen.
In a glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
